Julia has been a Realtor in Bethel for the last six years and specializes in vacation properties in the Sunday River area. She is very active in the community, serving on the boards of the Bethel Chamber of Commerce and the Mahoosuc Arts Council. Julia came to RE/MAX from Sunday River, where she worked in resort and conference sales, and graduated from Gould Academy before attending college
at Marymount Manhattan.
Cheri has been a licensed real estate agent in
Bethel since 1988. Her prior experience includes real estate development and
sales for the American Skiing Company and additional
residential and commercial real estate. She is a board member of the Mahoosuc Land Trust, and created RE/MAX's donation program to support that organization.
Margie has been listing and selling real estate in the Bethel and Sunday River area since 1994. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Certified Residential Specialist. Margie is a member of the Western Maine Board of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialist, the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, and a 2005 Member of RE/MAX International's 100% Club for outstanding year-to-date sales. She and her husband live in Bethel with their daughter.
Carol is a native of Bethel and a graduate of Gould Academy. She has had her real estate license since 1987 and brings additional experience from working at local banks in various positions. Carol is extremely conscientious, approachable and dedicated. We often hear rave reviews from people that have had an opportunity to work with her. Carol is a member of the Western Maine Board of REALTORS and the National Board of REALTORS. Carol is also an ABR designee – Accredited Buyer Representative.
Tom brings a wealth of sales experience to the RE/MAX team, including 20 years as a district sales manager for a nation-wide department store and 20 years in sales of commercial laundry equipment and laundromats. As our Commercial Specialist, Tom looks forward to applying his experience to assisting buyers and sellers with their commercial real estate needs. He resides in Bethel with his wife Dawn.
Kate is a licensed sales agent supporting our office team as Listing Coordinator. She has lived in the Bethel area for 17 years working most recently at Sunday River as the Front Desk Manager for the Grand Summit Hotel. Kate has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Finance and brings with her a great deal of management experience, interpersonal and computer skills. She was raised in Center Lovell and graduated from University of Maine at Farmington. Kate lives in Bethel with her husband Dan, and is an avid skier and road and mountain biking enthusiast.
Deena lives in the Bethel area with her family, and came to RE/MAX with work experience in sales from Sunday River Ski Resort. Deena recently earned her Real Estate Professional Assistant Certification by successfully completing an extensive class covering a wide range of real estate related topics. She manages our office operations and supports our team with her enthusiasm and dedication.
