RE/MAX In The Mountains donates a portion of all realty sales commissions to the Mahoosuc Land Trust.

The Mahoosuc Land Trust is a private non-profit land conservation group serving the communities surrounding the Mahoosuc Mountains in Western Maine. The goals of the trust are to protect and conserve significant lands and assist communities in balancing growth with conservation. The group works with with private landowners to reach its goals through conservation easements, mutual covenants, deed restriction, gifts and sale of land to the trust.

The trust recently organized the purchase of the local Frenchman's Hole property, which includes the popular local swimming hole of the same name. This 385-acre tract of forest will now be held in the public trust forever for resource protection and public enjoyment.
